It replaces paper NCR (non-conformance report) sheets and spreadsheets with a digital system for recording, reviewing and closing out defects and deviations. Fixyro goes a step further: it captures the evidence where the problem is found, on the shop floor, in a form that looks like the one your team already uses.
Keep them. Most quality systems are good at managing a record once it exists, but weak at capturing what actually happened on the floor. Fixyro sits where the evidence starts, at the bench and the inspection station, and works alongside what you already run. File-based exchange with ERP systems such as SAP is in development.

Fixyro is designed around the records these standards expect: complete, attributable, dated, controlled to the right revision and signed by competent people.
