Who we are

Avykax Ltd ("Avykax", "we") is the data controller for personal data collected through avykax.com. Avykax Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 17137235, with its registered office at 6 Swift Close, Mickleover, Derby DE3 9XF. Contact: hello@avykax.com.

What we collect and why

Scorecard. You can answer the paperwork scorecard and see your result without giving us any personal data. Your answers stay in your browser. If you choose to request a breakdown, we collect your name, work email, company, role, company size, how you keep NC records today, and your scorecard answers and score. We use this to send you the breakdown you asked for, to follow up about Fixyro, and to understand how manufacturers manage quality records. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Emails you send us. If you email us, we use your message and contact details to reply. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Scorecard requests are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and our email is hosted by Zoho Mail in its EU data centre. These providers act as our processors. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and this site sets no cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep scorecard requests and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we become a customer or supplier of your organisation.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@avykax.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Fixyro product data

This notice covers this website only. Fixyro itself runs on our customers' own premises, and customer production data is governed by the agreement with each customer.
